The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has made four arrests in connection with the terrible slayings of two students in Manipur in July, whose photos appeared on social media last week. Two minors and the four, consisting of two men and two women, have been airlifted to Guwahati in Assam. The two minors have been given to the Kamrup metro district’s child protection officer for their safety, protection, and care, according to a statement from the CBI.
